À la carte design. Just what you need done and nothing more. This includes postcards, social media marketing templates, billboards, banners, print and digital campaigns – any visual representation of your business. Each project starts with a quick discussion to understand your goals. We send you a quote for the minimum hours it will take to complete the project. Once approved, we get to work making your visions a reality. Turnaround times vary for each project.

Logo Tier 1

Starts at $450

Want a logo but don't want to spend too much money? Your designer will send you 2-3 options to choose from. See something you like? Let's roll with it! Don't see anything you like? No sweat, you get upto two revisions at this price. You and your designer will discuss what works and what doesn't to get you the logo you're looking for.

Logo Tier 2

Starts at $650

Looking for a logo that has a bit more of you in it? Your designer will connect with you for an initial discussion about your business, your interests, and what makes you different. We even talk about the things you don't like so we can avoid creating in the wrong direction. We then use this information to craft a logo that speaks from you to your clients.
  • Unique, custom logo design by a qualified designer.
     
  • Designer will hand draw unique letters,images or alter existing fonts/graphics to create a logo that is unique to you.

Visual Identity Package

Let’s create a visual identity that displays your unique edge. A Designer will work closely with you to craft visuals for your business that you believe in. We start with a primary logo then build on it with other visual cues that add to your brands voice. Think secondary logo marks, patterns, font pairings color choices or slogans. Each brand identity package comes with it's own set of visual solutions that compliment your style. We will guide you on the use of your brand pieces so everything you do looks like it came from the same place.

Basic Website

Starts at $1000

When all you need is the extra trust, security, and accountability of online presence, a basic website is the perfect fit. One of our designers will create a single page website that includes an about section with your photo and bio, a testimonial section curated from your existing ones, and a contact form so current clients and new ones have a way to interact with you. All our websites are built on the Wix platform.

You get everything we offer in the basic website package plus the ability to divide information among separate pages, add information about your services, include a blog, or highlight an area. Every agent has a unique value prop and this can be a great way to highlight them. Multi-page websites are great for building SEO. All our websites are built on the Wix platform.

We use the Five Star Branded listing and buyer presentations as the template of our semi-custom presentations. A designer will add your logo or name to the cover and interior pages, a spread for your headshot and bio, and additional space for your contact details. Great for adding a personal touch to a stellar presentation.

You can use parts of the Five Star branded listing and buyer presentations or none of it and start from scratch. These fully custom listing and buyer presentations are great for the seasoned Agent that knows the way they interact with their clients at appointments.
